The Office of The Ombudsman hosted the Masters and PHD Scholars from Tanzania- Germany Centre for Eastern African Legal Studies ( TGCL )

They are on a study visit to Rwanda throughout the diverse institutions in Rwanda with legal practices.
After getting to know the capacity of The Office of The Ombudsman and how the law procedures work at the Office, The team appreciated how Rwanda is putting into practice the Law.
The Permanent Secretary Of The Office, Mr. MBARUBUKEYE Xavier, Thanked the centre for having chosen Rwanda as a fied of study.
